Therapy that meets you where you are and where you want to go

Maybe you know exactly what you want to work on, or maybe you’re still trying to make sense of it yourself. We’ll figure it out from there.

Individual Therapy for adults in California and Arizona.

A dedicated one-on-one time to focus on what’s happening in your life and what you’d like to change.

Our work is shaped around what’s been going on in your life and what you’d like to feel or do differently. We may explore patterns in your relationships, work through difficult emotions, or look at the ways you’ve learned to cope with stress and challenges. The goal isn’t to have all the answers, but to understand what’s going on and figure out what can change.

Therapy is a collaborative process

You don’t need to come into each session knowing exactly what to talk about. We’ll start with what feels most important to you and go from there. Some sessions may involve talking through something that happened during the week, processing difficult emotions, exploring patterns or experiences that continue to affect you, or working on practical ways to cope and respond differently.

There’s room to ask questions, be honest about what is or isn’t working for you, and move at a pace that feels comfortable. If something needs to change, we can adjust our approach together.

What to Expect Working Together

Free Consultation
We’ll have a brief conversation about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and what you hope to get from working with a therapist. It’s also a chance to ask questions and see if we feel like a good fit.

First Session
We’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what’s been going on. We’ll also explore what you’d like to work on and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

Ongoing Therapy
From there, we’ll continue meeting regularly and focus on the areas that feel most important to you. Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, depending on what works best for you and your goals.
