Hi, I’m Myleka

your Therapist in California and Arizona

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, the weight of everyday life, or finding themselves running into the same challenges over and over-with a partner, friends, family, or even in how they relate to themselves.

Sometimes what brings you to therapy is easy to name. Other times, you just know something isn’t working. Wherever you’re starting from, therapy can be a place to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing.

What Brought Me Here

I became a therapist because I understand how meaningful it can be to have someone truly listen and understand what you’re going through. I wanted to create that kind of experience for others. My work is rooted in the belief that therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, ask questions, and explore what’s going on without judgment.

What Therapy With Me Can Look Like

Therapy with me is collaborative. We’ll talk about what’s going on in your life, what you’d like to work on, and what feels most important to you. I’ll meet you where you are and work with you to better understand what’s getting in the way and find ways to move forward that feel right for you.

Our sessions may include talk therapy, CBT, or EMDR depending on what we’re working on and what feels most helpful for you. Sometimes our work may simply involve having space to talk, process what you’re experiencing, and better understand yourself.

Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable bringing your real self into our sessions.

Let’s Talk

If you’re wondering if therapy might be a good fit, a consultation is a chance to ask questions, share a little about what’s bringing you in, and learn more about how therapy can support you.
