Therapy can be a place to work through the things that have been weighing on you

Below are some of the areas I commonly support, though you don’t need to see yourself in one specific category to reach out.

Relationship Challenges

Relationships can be complicated, whether with a partner, family member, friend, or even in the way you relate to yourself. You may find yourself stuck in the same conflicts, struggling to communicate what you need, having difficulty setting boundaries, or wondering why certain patterns keep repeating.

Therapy can help you better understand what’s happening beneath those patterns so you can communicate more intentionally, navigate conflict differently, and build healthier, more meaningful connections.

Anxiety

Maybe your mind feels like it never really shuts off. You find yourself overthinking, second-guessing your decisions, or carrying the pressure to keep everything together. Even when things seem fine on the outside, you may still feel overwhelmed underneath it all.

Therapy can help you better understand what’s driving your anxiety and find ways to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with more confidence.

Depression

You may feel emotionally drained, disconnected, or like you’re simply going through the motions. Things that once felt enjoyable may not feel the same, and finding the motivation to do even everyday things can feel harder than it used to.

Therapy can help you explore what may be contributing to how you’re feeling and begin reconnecting with yourself, your needs, and the things that matter to you.

Life Stressors

Sometimes life just feels like a lot. Work, relationships, responsibilities, major changes, or everyday demands can pile up until you’re not sure where to start. You may be carrying more than you have the time or energy to process.

Therapy can give you a place to sort through what you’re carrying, gain some clarity, and find healthier ways to navigate what’s on your plate.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach is collaborative and flexible, with our work shaped around what you’re experiencing and what feels most helpful to you. Some sessions may focus on talking through what’s happening, processing difficult emotions, or exploring experiences and patterns that continue to affect you.

When appropriate, I may also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process experiences that continue to feel distressing or difficult to move beyond.

We’ll decide together what makes the most sense for you and adjust our work as your needs evolve.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear from you.
